We understand that occasionally you may receive a product that does not work out for you, therefore you can return many items sold on DMEshoppe.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
For the health and welfare of others most cushions, shower chairs, bath products, hand cycles, some wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and transfer boards are not returnable.
Some manufacturers will not allow returns on certain products be sure to check with Customer Service if you have any questions. Before returning, please call customer service at 239-936-7070 to get a Return Authorization number.
When you receive your order from the shipping company, please examine it carefully. If you receive a damaged box, examine the contents immediately and refuse the delivery if the merchandise is damaged. If, after accepting the product you discover damaged merchandise, please call 239-936-7070 or email us at email us to report the damage and obtain an RA number. A product replacement will be sent out at no additional charge.

Unless DMEShoppe.com made an error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RA number.
Please note that returns may go back to a different location than they originated from, the location will be indicated when obtaining a Return Authorization number.
Refunds will be issued once the product has been returned and found to be in satisfactory condition as stated and provided that all provisions have met.
